In many years of doing business ETS S.p.A. has acquired a vast wealth of experience in works design in the residential and tertiary sectors.

We have handled the design and works management of residential buildings, offices, hotels and sales outlets. We’ve also been involved in the conservative restoration of listed buildings and the renovation of existing properties.

Works are carried forward synergically at each phase of the design in order to optimize the quality of the project from aesthetic, functional, seismic/structural, environmental and energy perspectives.

ETS technicians are also specialised in the design of wooden buildings.

Many of the projects developed in the residential construction and tertiary sectors have been developed exclusively in a BIM environment.
