Villa d’Almè, 02.04.2025 – ETS S.p.A., an accredited member of IDA (Italian Data Center Association) and a leader in engineering services and technical solutions for the design and implementation of data center infrastructures, participated today at the Allianz MiCo Convention Center in Milan alongside Enex Technologies in the roundtable entitled “Pioneering Solutions for Future-Proof Data Center Efficiency and Reliability.”
The discussion, led by top industry experts, focused on the evolution of data center design, energy efficiency, regulatory compliance, and sustainable cooling technologies. The session, moderated by Luca Marini, Marcom & ESG Director at Enex Technologies, featured contributions from Gianpietro Locatelli, General Manager of ETS S.p.A., and Giambattista Micheli, Technological Systems Designer & Energy Efficiency Engineer at ETS S.p.A., alongside Mirko Simoni, Sales Manager of Enex Technologies, and Giuseppe Pilone, Product Manager of Enex Technologies.
The panel highlighted the importance of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in optimizing the design process, improving information flow management, and coordinating the different project stages. Energy efficiency was also discussed, with particular focus on reducing CO2 emissions through the adoption of low-GWP (Global Warming Potential) refrigerants, demonstrating the sector’s commitment to more sustainable solutions.
