ETS S.p.A. acquires a 51% stake in ST S.r.l.

ETS S.p.A. has approved the signing of a framework agreement for the acquisition of a 51% stake in ST S.r.l., also providing for the option to change the company name of ST S.r.l. to “ETS ST S.r.l.”

ST S.r.l., a company specializing in structural design, particularly in the seismic vulnerability assessment and upgrading of strategic buildings, has identified interesting synergies with ETS S.p.A. for the development of the design sector, establishing the principles of mutual cooperation and defining a Framework Agreement governing the transactions to be carried out.
