Engineers Donato Romano and Giambattista Parietti established ETS S.p.A., an engineering company committed to delivering professional Design and Works Supervision services across both public and private sectors.
1999
The IT Company «Xpanding S.r.l.», specialized in providing software and consultancy services in the areas of maintenance and management of buildings and plants, is established by ETS S.p.A.
2013
The new Papa Giovanni XXIII Hospital, the most important healthcare structure in Bergamo, is inaugurated, for which ETS S.p.A. followed the Design, Works Supervision and Safety Coordination Activities

A collaboration begins with the company BAQ Sàrl, a spin-off of CERN with headquarters in Geneva, for specific projects in the field of applied Nuclear Engineering.
