The project concerns the restoration of the Villanova d’Arda healthcare facility, creating a residential area of approximately 50 beds while maintaining a space for rehabilitative and healthcare activities. The sports facilities are also improved by retaining the existing buildings (gyms, sports hall, rehabilitative pools) and constructing a new swimming pool, an athletics track, and dedicated spaces for para-athletes.
ETS carried out the final and construction design stages, as well as safety coordination during the design stage.
