QUALITY, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AT ETS

To offer you a further guarantee of our reliability, and demonstrate our sense of social and environmental responsibility, the company’s Management System has been certified in compliance with three international standards:

– UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 (Quality),
– UNI ISO 45001:2018 (Safety),
– UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental),

in these areas: “Provision of services: design of civil and industrial, structural and plant works and infrastructures – construction management – coordination of safety in both the project and the work execution phases – planning and development of activities for the management of real estate assets (facility management) – technical, administrative and fiscal consultancy for energy efficiency improvement measures. Environmental consultancy”.
This certification has a twofold purpose: on one side, we wish to demonstrate our ability to systematically provide services that fulfil your requirements and those of the applicable legislation, and on the other we aim to increase your satisfaction by continually improving our standards of certification.

QUALITY POLICY

The Management has established a Quality policy for ETS S.p.A., developing the following core values:

  • Become closely attuned to your clients’ specific requirements, in order to be able to deliver products / services that maximize their satisfaction levels, by also evaluating and managing the risks and opportunities that impact on these products / services,

SAFETY POLICY

The Management has established a Safety policy for ETS S.p.A., developing the following core values:

  • Strict compliance with all current legislation with regard to Health and Safety in the workplace, in all areas where the Organization is subject to legal requirements,
  • Systematic commitment regarding the prevention of accidents and work-related illnesses for its employees and collaborators,
  • Commitment to the implementation of SGS (security management systems), and ensuring its effectiveness, efficiency, reliability and continuous improvement,
  • Commitment to defining a framework of objectives, indicators and programs to keep the level of effectiveness of SGS under control, with particular attention to injuries, occupational illness, “near misses” and resources deployed to maintaining the SGS,
  • Utilization of all the resources necessary for the SGS, guaranteeing the necessary training,
  • Involvement of all staff members who interact with SGS in terms of communication, information, training, coaching and skills’ development, according to function,
  • Commitment to disseminating a culture of safety among Clients and Suppliers, prioritizing those who act with a view to continuously improving the safety of the products and services provided,
  • Maintenance of a transparent and collaborative approach with public authorities and/or the responsible Controlling Bodies.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

The Management has established an Environmental policy for ETS S.p.A., developing the following core values:

  • Strict compliance with all current legislation with regard to the environment, in all areas where the Organization is subject to legal requirements,
  • Commitment to determining, controlling and reducing significant environmental impact deriving from the activities performed,
  • Commitment to the implementation of SGA (environmental management systems), and ensuring its effectiveness, efficiency, reliability and continuous improvement,
  • Commitment to defining a framework of objectives, indicators and programs to keep the level of effectiveness of SGA under control, with particular attention to the environmental impact deriving from the activities performed and resources deployed to maintaining the SGA,
  • Utilization of all the resources necessary for the SGA, guaranteeing the necessary training,
  • Involvement of all staff members who interact with SGA in terms of communication, information, training, coaching and skills’ development, according to function,
  • Commitment to improving environmental performance, by involving and empowering staff members both regarding environmental protection themes and by involving and developing awareness of the environment of all interested parties,
  • Commitment to prioritizing suppliers who comply as much as possible with the adopted environmental management system,
  • Maintenance of a transparent and collaborative approach with public authorities and/or the responsible Controlling Bodies.
