ETS S.p.A. has announced the establishment of its subsidiary ETS NH S.r.l., a new company based in Bergamo fully dedicated to design, works supervision and technical services in the fields of nuclear facilities and hydrogen production, storage and transport systems.The establishment of ETS NH S.r.l. is another step in ETS’s growth strategy, which is aimed at strengthening the company’s presence in strategic sectors such as energy and innovative infrastructure, as well as promoting the energy transition and the safety of next-generation facilities. These sectors are expected to drive the future development of the European energy engineering market, which the company is increasingly targeting as part of a growth strategy that extends beyond national borders.

The new company will allow ETS to train new professionals in the nuclear and hydrogen sectors, while concentrating dedicated resources on the specialized design activities required in these fields, thereby offering customers cutting-edge services.ETS NH S.r.l. is owned 72% by ETS S.p.A., 14% by Gianpietro Locatelli (General Manager of ETS), who will also serve as CEO, and 14% by Cinzia Giupponi (Chief Financial Officer of Company). The decision to involve senior management in the company’s shareholding reflects the intention of the company to strengthen key leadership roles within the organization and further enhance ETS NH S.r.l.’s expertise.
