BIM

Building Information Modeling

The use of BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology is currently being implemented in the world of design. Every project is developed three-dimensionally, complete with all the necessary information relating to the required materials, systems and application procedures. This information is then used during the life cycle of the design for its maintenance, and the management and control of its energy consumption.
ETS has been using BIM since 2008 in every phase of the design of integrated projects (both from a structural and an MEP point of view) in every sector: civil, industrial, scholastic, hospital, infrastructural and airport.
It is therefore possible to take advantage of the expertise of our BIM Managers, BIM Coordinators and BIM Specialists in the various disciplines (every member of staff is qualified according to UNI 11337-7), who are all experienced in developing architectural, structural and plant designs for project development (LOD) at every level, and the 7 BIM dimensions provided for by the UNI 11337 standard, using a number of different types of BIM Authoring software (Revit ®, Civil3D®, Tekla®, Navisworks Manage®, Dynamo®).
