ATER ROME

The project concerns the redevelopment of the properties owned and managed by ATER Rome (Social Housing Program), in particular the Serpentone, Trancia H, Corvialino and Quarticciolo buildings. The objective is to provide housing assistance to disadvantaged groups in order to implement effective and beneficial social policies.
ETS carried out the technical and economic feasibility study. For the Quarticciolo buildings, the company also carried out the final and construction design and the safety coordination during the design stage.
