The project concerns the construction of a new X-LAM timber building containing 28 public housing units (ERP – Public Residential Housing) in the Municipality of Monza. The objective of the project is the urban regeneration of the Via Bramante da Urbino neighbourhood through improvements at urban planning, infrastructural, architectural and building system levels.
ETS carried out the final and construction design stages.
